Terms & Conditions
Terms of service for using CabMind
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CabMind AI-powered booking platform ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
"CabMind" refers to our company and the AI booking platform we provide.
"Operator" refers to taxi and private hire companies using our Service.
"Customer" refers to individuals booking taxis through our AI agents.
"Service" refers to our AI booking agents including WhatsApp, Voice, and Web Chat.
3. Service Description
CabMind provides AI-powered booking agents that help taxi operators receive and process bookings through WhatsApp, voice calls, and website chat. Our AI agents:
- Collect booking information from customers
- Provide fare quotes based on operator pricing
- Create bookings in connected dispatch systems
- Send confirmations to customers
4. For Operators
4.1 Account Requirements
To use our Service, operators must provide accurate business information and maintain valid licenses as required by local regulations.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
Operators agree to the pricing terms discussed during onboarding. We offer a 1-month free trial followed by monthly billing. A 3-month minimum contract applies after the trial period.
4.3 Cancellation
Operators may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will be terminated at the end of the notice period.
4.4 Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate pricing zones and fares
- Ensuring dispatch system integration remains functional
- Fulfilling bookings made through the Service
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
5. For Customers
5.1 Booking Terms
When you book through CabMind's AI agents, you are entering into a contract with the taxi operator, not with CabMind. The taxi operator's terms of service apply to your journey.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate booking information including pickup/drop-off locations, contact details, and passenger count.
6. AI Limitations
While our AI is designed to handle most booking scenarios, it may occasionally:
- Misunderstand complex or unusual requests
- Provide estimates that differ from final fares
- Need to escalate to human operators for certain queries
We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all situations.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and intellectual property related to CabMind remain our exclusive property. Operators and customers are granted a limited license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CabMind is not responsible for actions of taxi operators or drivers
- We are not liable for booking failures caused by third-party systems
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to these terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Operators will be notified of material changes via email.
